Mike Rounds has served on the MiraVerde board for several years and currently chairs the architectural committee in addition to his role as board president. He brings extensive experience in management, engineering, manufacturing, and contract review to the position. His OSHA credentials have been key in implementing safety measures, including compliance for balconies, railings, pool locks, fire extinguishers, and trip hazard mitigation. He also led the research and decision to upgrade the community’s TV system to fiber optics for Direct TV and high-speed internet access.

Qadir Nawaz brings extensive experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, and organizational governance. He has contributed to multiple academic and nonprofit boards, enhancing long-term strategy, financial oversight, and community engagement. With over two decades of expertise in digital transformation and process improvement, Qadir focuses on operational efficiency, transparency, and innovation at MiraVerde, supporting modernization, collaboration, and resident-focused improvements.

Neeraj “Raj” Agrawal is a seasoned business professional with expertise in technical design, management, and accounting. He has served on the board for many years, ensuring Mira Verde’s financial stability through diligent fiscal management and effective vendor negotiations and is a key factor in maintaining a balanced budget for MiraVerde without levying special assessments to do so. He has also led the research and adoption of advanced technologies, including solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, battery backup systems, High speed, fiber optics internet access, benefiting all residents.

Pat Zaleski has served on the MiraVerde Board since 2000, contributing expertise in art and insurance. She has led major improvements, secured over $750,000 in settlements for property damage, and obtained six grants for community enhancements. She oversaw upgrades to LED lighting, managed funding for landscaping and irrigation projects, directed the Club House remodel, and continues to chair the landscape committee, collaborating with local partners to enhance the community’s appearance.

Andrew has been a board member since 2022, offering extensive expertise in management and information technology to the HOA. He is responsible for overseeing security and IT functions, and he successfully implemented an efficient camera system at community entrance points to enhance safety while controlling costs.
